Ase Barcelona/Alexandria Trip

Some notes about this itinerary:

1) I quoted you for 3. If you want to add the 4th you'll have to let me know.

2) I don't know what's happening in Alexandria/Cairo the week of 8/4 - 8/10 but ticket prices are nearly triple what they should be. Not sure how flexible your dates are, but here are the options or the return flight. THE PRICE IN THE QUOTE LISTED HERE IS FOR A RETURN DATE OF 8/3. 

• If you go with your original return date of 8/6, economy tickets are basically sold out. It's actually cheaper to fly business class on this flight. If you are stuck and have to choose this flight, you will have to add on $ 5,000 total (for 3 of you).
• The prices drop drastically if you cut your trip short by 3 days, leaving Alexandria on 8/3, or, if you extend your trip and leave Alexandria on 8/12. Since the price is the same for both of those dates, that's the amount that is quoted in this price.
• Leaving on 8/11 is about $500 total more than 8/12.
• Anything between 8/4 and 8/10 is roughly the same price 8/6.

3) Options for Barcelona hotel is as follows: They don't have one room for 3 (or 4) left. I am quoting you right now at the cost for separate rooms. If you want to book "adjoining rooms, its an extra roughly $1100 total for all 3 (or 4) of you. Either way, you don't pay extra here if you add a 4th. Also I quoted you for standard rooms, if you'd prefer "city view" its slightly more expensive ($2-300).

4) So Sanela and Kevin will be in Valencia from 7/21 to 7/24, so I quoted you guys for the same. If you don't want to do Valencia and want to stay behind in Barcelona, let me know and I will edit the itinerary.

5) Assuming you're doing Valencia, I quoted you for a triple room with 3 single beds. If you end up with the 4th, it will cost you extra for the 4th. (about $200 extra for 2 separate rooms or about $500 for adjoining).

6) This return flight from Alexandria is also likely to charge you a bit extra if you want to pre-select seats (which I never recommend in case they change planes or something and you just end up wasting money that they don't refund but #EgyptAir lol always tryina make a buck). That's entirely up to you though, I can let you know at the time of booking how much the charge is and you can decide if you want to chance it or not. Usually you can online check in the day before and usually has seats together, but that's not a guarantee so it's really up to you if you want to take the gamble or not.

7) I chose the flight from Barcelona to Alexandria on Turkish Airlines because that's what I would do. However, it is an early morning flight, so if you prefer Egypt Air later in the day you'll need to add on about $300/350 for all 3 of you.

8) Choosing the seats in advance for your mom and brother from JFK is not possible unless you want to get flex tickets and pay an extra $2000. We will get them seats at check in. If you would like to pre-book your seats for Aruba to Barcelona, its an extra roughly $80, and Turkish (or Egypt Air if we switch the flight) is likely to charge extra for pre-selecting seats. I will find out the price of that at booking and you can chose then if you want it or not.

9) I did not quote travel insurance in the cost here. That will really be dependent on the age of your mom, but I don't forsee it being more than an additional $400 for all 3 of you. I highly recommend getting trip insurance because, well, shit happens.
